These chemical gases have varied effects on individuals, with those having respiratory conditions / with immunocompromised conditions / skin allergies / patients undergoing treatment. As per Singapore code of practice SS554 & SS553 for indoor air quality and ventilation, the permissible limits for these contaminants have been suggested.

Step 2: Contain & Treatment or removal of contaminated material

Environment Control Units (ECU)
Deploy ECU to maintain the right environment to make sure chemicals are effective during remediation works.

Remote Monitoring

Step 3: Final Testing & Air Scrubbing for residual contaminants.
An external accredited lab conducts post-treatment tests to ensure remediation works are effective and complete.
Internal experts monitor effectiveness and even when the levels of contaminants are already within acceptable range, where necessary, our consultants would recommend deployment of Chemical Air Scrubbers to address residual chemical release and avoid accumulation over time.
